Somethings are new, others are not. I have always loved color, the feel of soil under my feet, and finding the hidden treasures in the ordinary.
Like most of us here, I have always been making something or other for myself or loved ones. Until, one day, or really several days of small seedlings being planted, EntWorks started to take root and leaf.
From what materials I had on hand and the time, I started making what I needed and then selling to others who might find the items useful as well. I believe in the duality of an item. Art for art's sake is creative. Art for the use in our daily lives is poetic. It's my form of poetry.
I have continued to grow as my life takes other upward turns and presents new opportunities to learn. EntWorks' current focus is in Wool. A natural fiber that surrounded me in a daily basis whilst living in England. Wool is sustainable, complex, and diverse in what can be made & I am only at the beginning of understanding what I can create.
